With the RHS series corner sofa covers from Raffles Covers, you protect your lounge corner sofa or L-shaped lounge set with unequal sides, i.e. with a long and a short side or a chaise longue. Whether your corner sofa is on the patio, balcony, under a canopy or in an open garden, your set is protected all year round against rain, dirt, green deposits and sun.
The covers are specially designed for corner sofas with different lengths on each side, for example 240 × 170 cm, 250 × 190 cm, 300 × 240 cm or 355 × 275 cm. This type of lounge configuration is also called an asymmetrical corner sofa. You pull the cover over the entire lounge set in one movement, so cushions and frame stay clean and dry and you spend less time cleaning or moving cushions.
Left or right: how to choose the correct corner sofa cover
For most models in the RHS series there is a left-hand and a right-hand version. To determine which cover you need, sit in the centre corner of your corner sofa:
- If the longest side is on your left-hand side, choose an RHS cover “left”.
- If the longest side is on your right-hand side, choose an RHS cover “right”.
These covers are ideal for:

High-quality material for 4-season protection
Every cover in the RHS series is made from 600D Premier Solution Dyed Oxford polyester with a strong, breathable PU coating on the inside. This premium fabric:
- is waterproof and water-repellent: rain and dirt stay on the surface
- is UV- and frost-resistant: suitable as both winter and summer cover
- is solution dyed: fibres dyed through and through for high colour fastness
- has a weight of approx. 230 g/m²: sturdy, robust and quiet
The double-stitched seams are taped on the inside with PU tape. This makes them extra strong and showerproof, even during prolonged rain or stormy weather.
Breathable and condensation-reducing
The fabric is breathable and the integrated Airvents (ventilation openings) provide extra air circulation under the cover. This helps to:
- limit condensation as much as possible
- reduce mould and mildew on cushions and cushion fabrics
- counteract rust and corrosion on metal parts of your lounge set
Includes Water Shedding Cushions (RWSC)
With every RHS cover you receive free Water Shedding Cushions (RWSC) in the correct size. Place these under the cover so that one or more high points are created. Rainwater can then easily run off the cover and will not remain in puddles, which is better for the fabric, the seams and ventilation.
Secure, windproof fit
The RHS cover is designed to fit snugly yet practically around your corner sofa, even on lounge sets with a long and a short side. Most models have a generous cut, so in general no large extra allowance is required; for a few smaller sizes approx. 5 cm extra is recommended.
For a safe and windproof attachment the covers are standard equipped with:
- Elastic drawstring in the hem with stopper(s), for a close-fitting bottom edge
- Click-Close straps: fastening straps that you secure to a leg or frame to prevent the cover from blowing away
- Sturdy handles: to put the cover on and take it off easily
- Spacious storage bag: to store the cover neatly when not in use
Is your corner sofa in a very windy spot? Then combine the cover with sandbags, bungee cords and clips to add extra ballast and fixation, so the cover stays in place even during storms.

Eindelijk een goede hoes
Voorheen kochten we hoezen van het merk Aerocover type Platinum. Ieder jaar konden deze hoezen in de vuilnisbak gekieperd worden wegens slijtage en scheuren, met als resultaat ca. 4x € 110,- down the drain. Deze hoes van Raffles voelt kwalitatief veel beter aan (veel beter materiaal, degelijker etc.) en wordt voor hetzelfde bedrag als de Aerocover geleverd met als extra 2 degelijke opblaasbare kussens ter opvulling en ondersteuning. De hoes moet zich nog bewijzen, maar op basis van de kwaliteit heb ik daar alle vertrouwen in.

Goede beschermings hoes
Goede kwaliteit hoes. Fijn dat er 2 opblaasbare kussens bij geleverd zijn. Daardoor gaat de hoes niet plat liggen op de bank Zeer snelle levering.

Goede kwaliteit hoes
Vorig jaar een tuinset bij een bouwmarkt gekocht. Na 1 seizoen de kussens steeds binnen halen en opslaan in de winter, dit jaar een hoes besteld met luchtzakken om water staan, te voorkomen. Die laatste heb ik dit seizoen nog niet gebruikt De hoes past goed (hij raakt niet de grond - achterkant 10cm er boven) en is van goede kwaliteit. Ik heb de hoes nog niet in de regen gehad, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen.

Die beste Abdeckung meiner Lounge
Nach langer Suche und mehreren Investitionen in mangelhaft verarbeitete, aber teure Hüllen haben wir die Abdeckung gefunden. Toller Service, tolle Verarbeitung. Unschlagbar.
