The protective cover with article number 70090033 is suitable for the SonnenPartner 2-seater beach chair models Classic, Konsul and Präsident, and also fits the Sunnysmart Rustikal 2-seater beach chair. In addition, this cover fits almost all other 2-seater beach chairs from other brands. A 2-seater beach chair is also commonly sold as a duo beach chair.

The cover is made of high-quality laminated polyester and provides strong protection against changing weather conditions. The material is UV-resistant and suitable for winter use. The inside of the cover is reinforced with an additional laminated layer, making it noticeably thicker, heavier and more robust than many standard beach chair covers.

For extra security in wind and storms, the cover is fitted with tie-down eyelets at the bottom. This allows you to fasten the cover tightly to the beach chair, helping it stay in place during bad weather. The heavy-duty quality zips are designed for intensive use and make it easy to remove and quickly refit the cover. The seams are neatly finished with black piping. The laminated polyester is waterproof; seams and zips are splash-proof.

SonnenPartner beach chair protective covers are available in different versions. The standard protective covers in anthracite are ideal for summer use and protect against sun, light rain and dirt. These covers are mainly suitable for the summer months. For winter use, winter-resistant covers are available that also provide extra protection during snow and frost.

The premium protective covers in transparent and grey are specially designed for winter and offer improved protection against cold, moisture and dirt. The green protective cover is only partially suitable for winter and does not provide the same protective effect as covers specifically designed for winter use. This version is mainly suitable for spring, summer and autumn or for regions with a mild climate.

Service life and warranty

Standard protective covers (green and anthracite) are subject to wear due to intensive use and changing weather conditions. For this reason, these covers come with a 6-month warranty and an average service life of 1 to 3 years.

Premium protective covers (transparent and grey) are produced in Germany and designed for year-round use. These covers come with a 24-month warranty and have an expected service life of 3 to 6 years.

• Beach chairs are not waterproof.
• Use a protective cover in case of rain.
• To prevent mould on fabric and wood, the beach chair should be ventilated regularly.
• Do not cover the beach chair when it is wet.

Only place the protective cover over a dry beach chair. Due to temperature differences, condensation cannot be completely avoided. Therefore, ensure sufficient air circulation to help prevent mould and mildew. Remove loose cushions and store them in a dry place for the winter. Never leave cushions under the cover for long periods (weeks). Fully ventilate the beach chair on sunny days, both in summer and winter. Regular ventilation is important to prevent condensation from the ground and surrounding environment from building up as moisture under the protective cover.
